So I've been rejected for an away rotation at a program I really wanted and now I have questions: Would it be worth it to reach out to the program coordinator to ask for feedback on my application? Hey everyone, anyone know what is an okay hourly rate (per diem) for as needed shift work for outpatient or inpatient consults in the north east area (big city)? Being offered $150 - 170 / hour at a large hospital system but I feel this is low and want to negotiate. I feel like it should at least be minimum $200 but wanted to see what you guys thought.
