Vancouver Whitecaps 2023 season is over. A 1-0 playoff loss at home to Los Angeles FC on Sunday afternoon saw the ‘Caps postseason dreams come to a crashing halt, with the defending MLS Cup champs securing a 2-0 victory in the best of three series. Tristan Borges’ Olimpico in extra-time sealed Forge’s fourth championship, capping off an outrageous conclusion to what was, for the first 70 or so minutes, an otherwise cagey affair.
