Simon Fraser University are back at the NCAA Division 2 national tournament for the first time since 2018. The red-hot Red Leafs are looking to build on a fantastic season so far for Clint Schneider’s young side, hopefully fulfilling some of the potential of one of the best squads assembled up the mountain for many a year.

Vancouver Whitecaps 2023 season is over. A 1-0 playoff loss at home to Los Angeles FC on Sunday afternoon saw the ‘Caps postseason dreams come to a crashing halt, with the defending MLS Cup champs securing a 2-0 victory in the best of three series.
A controversial first half penalty by MLS Golden Boot winner Denis Bouanga was all that separated the two teams, but the action on the pitch was hugely overshadowed by an incompetent refereeing performance that left everyone of a blue and white persuasion absolutely fuming and providing the main post match talking points.

In what was indisputably the Canadian Premier League’s most exciting final in its five-year history, Forge FC overcame Cavalry FC 2-1 on Oct. 28 at Tim Hortons Field.
Tristan Borges’ Olimpico in extra-time sealed Forge’s fourth championship, capping off an outrageous conclusion to what was, for the first 70 or so minutes, an otherwise cagey affair.
