We are delighted to launch the application pack for this year’s ASPIRE Business Partner Programme.   This programme is for HR and OD Professionals which have been identified as having the potential and the ambition to move into a Business Partner role in the next 12 months. I hope my final blog as President of the HPMA doesn’t come across as too reflective or with too much of a perspective of rose tinted glasses.
