The HPMA Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Rogers as the Chief Executive of HPMA.  Julie succeeds Tracy Hill who has acted as interim CEO since the resignation of Nicky Ingham in October last year.  Julie will start on 1st July 2024. A chartered fellow of the CIPD, Julie has worked in the Welsh public sector for four decades. She has enjoyed a varied career in Government and the NHS, working with colleagues and national bodies across the UK, spanning a wide range of social policy, OD and workforce roles.
