The Towsontown Spring Festival 2024 is scheduled for May 4-5, 2024.
The 55th Annual Towsontown Spring Festival is planned for Saturday, May 4th from 10am-8pm and Sunday, May 5th from 1pm-6pm.
The music venue entry is free again. The Patriot Plaza stage has a great lineup posted!
The Family Fun area is located behind the PNC & M&T Bank buildings between W Chesapeake Avenue & W Pennsylvania Avenue. There will be carnival rides again this year. Hunt Valley home sales in March 2024 were up from March 2023.
The total volume of Hunt Valley homes sold in March 2024 was $14,076,587, up 20.17% from the $11,714,084 volume we sawn in March 2023. It was way up from the $3,309,200 volume we saw in Hunt Valley Home Sales February 2024.
The average sales price was $722,553, up 5.61% from the average of $684,187 in March 2023.
Nineteen Hunt Valley homes sold in March, two more than last March.
The average days for those Hunt Valley homes to sell was 37, four more days than this time last year.

Towson 21204 home sales in March 2024 were down significantly from March 2023.
The total volume of Towson homes that sold in March 2024 was $5,812,400, down 40.83% from the $9,822,569 we saw in March 2023. It was up, though from the $2,754,799 volume we saw in Towson 21204 Home Sales February 2024.
Nine homes in 21204 sold in March, seven less than last year at the same time. The average sales price for the nine homes that settled was $702,211, which is up 11.45% from last March, when the average was $630,087.

The Baltimore home demand index for April 2024 is 87, up seven points from last month, remaining the “slow” category from the Baltimore home demand index for March 2024 that was “slow” at 80. (Note that the index is one month behind, meaning the data for the April 2024 report is from March 2024.)

Timonium home sales in March 2024 were up very slightly from March 2023.
The total volume of Timonium houses that sold in March 2024 was $16,714,686, up 1.69% from the $16,436,977 volume we saw in March 2023. It was also up from the $12,351,700 volume we saw in Timonium Home Sales February 2024.
The average sales price in Timonium was $561,524, up 11.69% from the $502,754 average last March.

Baltimore real estate market trends are collected and documented by our MLS, Bright MLS. Here is the update for the week ending April 7, 2024.
Bright MLS currently covers seven states, so there is data for a number of areas.
Starting on page 24 of the Bright MLS real estate report 04/07/2024, the Baltimore real estate data shows the following:
In the Baltimore real estate market, new listings rose from last week. They rose above 2023 numbers and remained below 2020-2022 numbers. New listings were up 15.3% from last week and also up 15.3% from this time last year.
