I saw this and then went to check, sure enough it checked-out. Chapter 1047 makes a reference to Valentine’s Day being 2 days before someone’s birth-day and they are throwing a party, however it has also been made a point to say that a year hasn’t gone by since the beginning yet. The reason I’m saying this is because there already was a Valentine’s Day case much earlier, so what gives? Are some cases-out of order? Not going to resume the back and forth I use to do before. Just wondering still why the manga can't end. And only the manga. I think some of us even touched on the question before. But the anime itself which when it does it's own exclusive mysteries isn't as depending on the more plot heavy sparsely used characters. Adapted material has been altered or omitted to a point that it's not a one to one adaptation plus more stories.
