Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (pi). Pi Day is observed on March 14 since 3, 1, and 4 are the first three significant digits of π. On the heels of the Quaker Oats salmonella outbreak that caused a recall of more than 60 products last month, yesterday it was revealed that Chlormequat, a  pesticide linked to reproductive and developmental issues in animals was found in oat-based foods sold in the U.S., including under major brand names like Cheerios and Quaker Oats, according to a recent peer-reviewed study.   This year, for the first time any of us can remember, there was NO snow for our Annual Christmas Stroll here in Manhattan, Montana. Because we are mostly wholesale with our manufacturing facility in the rear of our building, our retail store is rarely open.     For Stroll we pull out all the stops! The space is festive, and so are the Elves. And all the shelves are fully stocked. I think we can all agree that we love being open to the public for Stroll!
