Our 2023 summer client appreciation event was so much fun! We had 34 guests at a showing of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, including families we've helped buy and sell houses with, as well as friends and family. It was great to see everyone! Here’s a fun and really easy strawberry white chocolate chip cookie recipe using a cake mix. INGREDIENTS: 15.25 ounce box strawberry cake mix 7 TB melted butter 2 large eggs 1 package white chocolate chips   DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add white chocolate chips.  Stir until combined. Refrigerate dough 15-20 min to make dough less sticky and easier to work with.
