I love shooting in the middle of a winter wonderland! Ashlyn and Nate reached out about doing an adventurous engagement session somewhere in Idaho. This was a location I had stumbled across as I was out for a drive one day. I think it will always be one of my favorite elopement photography locations in all of Idaho. If you hit it at the right time in the spring, you get snow on the mountains in the background, the desert is a vibrant green, and the wildflowers are alive and well. I met Jesse when I was a waitress back in my college days. She was always the sweetest person I had ever met. I also always thought she was so freakin’ gorgeous! Where do I even begin with this session. Jenny is one of my best friends from college. She lives in Arizona so I don’t get to see her very often. Her engagement to Paul was the perfect excuse to escape to the desert and shoot some engagement photos.
