Onion Rings are a customer-favorite appetizer or burger topping. These crispy and delicious bites are timeless and sure to sell on any menu. Corporate Chef Ken Plante shared his favorite onion ring recipes, battered and breaded. Beer Battered 2 cups AP Flour- Divided 1 ½ cups Local Yummy Beer (very important) 2 large Yellow or Vidalia Onions (cut into rings) 1 tsp Baking Powder DIRECTIONS: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, setting aside ½ cup of flour.
