I changed my battery back in January. I see from the owner's manual that after a battery change, the front seats, steering column and windows must be initialized. I've went through the procedures to initialize my seats and steering column so I can be able to set seat memories. However, setting seat memories never works after the initialize process. Should I have initialized immediately after changing the battery or does it matter? Seems like I should be able to initialize any time after changing the battery. Any thoughts on this ..read more

Long story but car was damaged in shipment from Fl back to NY. Top tier, well known carrier. Appears my car was on lower deck and upper deck was either not positioned or secured properly and the rusty metal deck ground against my beautiful pristine hood for 1200 or so miles. Going to accept nothing less than a new hood, would love to have it factory finished in correct color but that may not be an option. Have a great local Bentley certified repair shop which will inspect the car this week, but want to get out in front of sourcing a new replacement hood ..read more

I'd like to replace the reverse light bulbs in my 2004 Bentley Continental GT with LEDs. I'm able to take out the housing from the car, but can't remove the bulb holder from the light housing. I've tried twisting the bulb holder, pulling the holder, and pushing and twisting. Also any recommendations on LEDs? Any help appreciated ..read more

It seems like this is happening to me too. I haven't noticed anything previously but now when I went on a week-long atlantic cruise and came back, I noticed that the rear is down by two inches after the car hasn't been driven for a while. This is both sides, not just one corner. I tried searching for detailed explanations and descriptions but didn't come up with anything specific. So, how worried should i be and what's the prognosis for this getting worse? I've budgeted new airbags and maybe even complete shocks so this isn't a major issue but I'm interested to hear what I'll be looking for ..read more

:) Hi, I have a warning light for my top and when I try to open ior close it the trunc warning lights up.. Both dont work... I think if I can fix one the other will work.. I only have one other mystery, the battery solenoid is missing a little plug with 2 small wires... I have no idea where that is supposed to go.. Im not sure if theyre related. Bentley Continental Anyone have a part number for the replacement micro switch? It looks like it says 'Serie 195' on it - has to be a similar switch out there if OEM is no longer available seperately. I had a blue and black wire that connected to the micro switch, but both wires have broken out of the switch. They are pins #1 and #3. Temporarily, do I just connect these two pins together?
