A few years ago I posted in here asking for help. I followed the advice and it seemed to be doing well but when I came home today it looks terrible. Very few leaves and almost no buds. Lots of sores on it. Pictures attached. Thanks in advance ..read more

This is my first year growing raspberry plants. I’ve read a lot about different diseases/fungi that are causing this but can’t figure out what’s going on.
Any ideas from anyone that has dealt with new smaller raspberry plants would be appreciated. Thank you ..read more

Hi,
I've got an established grapevine, about five years old.
This year the leaves started appearing, but then a couple of days ago I noticed they were turning brown and shrivelling up. Any ideas? Disease? Lack of water (never had any problems even last summer when I hardly watered the vine)? I'm pretty sure the root system is well established, so I can't see how it's a lack of water ..read more

I opened up a freshly bought can of canned peaches, took a bite for a soft peach, mmmmm, spit it back out. Dad burn things were hard as an apple. They must be picking them earlier now and hope they soften in the can or grow some kind of hurry and grow variety. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come ..read more

hi,
I recently purchased several plum trees and apricot trees and cherry trees and blackcurrant bushes from a garden centre and planted them less than 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase (just a few weeks ago) they looked perfectly healthy.

I looked painstakingly...

Hello everyone,
I took some seeds from a lemon I bought at a grocery store last year and decided to try my luck at planting a few. I have two plants going currently. One, appears to be very healthy, but the other is having issues and I have NO idea what it is, or what to do about it. Sorry, I don't know how to make the image addresses into hyperlinks but here are the pics. It is just under a year old. And this all started when I put it outside for the first time this year. I live in...

Every year around this time we get hundreds of beautiful small plums then they get brown spots and fall off. We are in zone 5b. Is this brown rot?
We sprayed neem oil and fish hydrolysate. Any other ideas? Thanks ..read more

Hi,
the leaves have started to fall off my olive tree in the last few months. I've had it 12 years since it was a 1ft tall.
Could this be over watering? The surrounding planter fell to bits too so I've shored it up for now.
Thanks

Picked up this blackberry bush two weeks ago and it was thriving. I RE-potted it into a 30 gallon fabric pot on sandy loam/compost/peat moss mix with some pine bark and the leaves began to to whittle away. What could be wrong here? Seems like there could be numerous issues ..read more
