Rezonings and other approvals for two master-planned communities — 100 acres in San Tan Valley and 704 acres south of the city of Maricopa — were approved Wednesday by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors. Borgata at San Tan will be along Hunt Highway, 1,100 feet southeast of the intersection of Hunt Highway and Thompson Road. It is to include 663 apartments, condominiums and single-family homes, plus a commercial area. Landowners are Borgata Ventures LLC and SkyHi Holdings LLC.
