There are so many reasons why the Miramonte at the River neighborhood is so popular. First, it has a stellar location, with direct access to The Loop multi-use bike/walking path for superior car-free walkability and bikeability. Secondly, it’s super close to shopping and great restaurants. And aesthetically, it’s full of colorful imaginative architecture. Bonus: It has a community pool, spa, playground, dog park, and it’s all within a gated community.

Do you have a student attending University of Arizona? Are you curious about what the benefits are of buying versus renting?
I have been helping families buy properties near University of Arizona for over a decade. I can share what numerous clients experience as their student transitions into campus life. Please keep in mind, I am not a property manager. I provide these examples to help people with researching the rental market, but I am licensed to help people buy and sell properties.

About Randolph House in Midtown Tucson
Randolph House (c. 1949) is one of my favorite communities in Tucson. This small 30-unit condo complex in midtown Tucson is just so charming. What contributes to the charm of Randolph House is a combination of red brick exteriors with cedar shake siding, wood balconies, steel casement windows set among a beautiful, lush landscape.
The property includes several 2-story buildings along with single-story buildings. The 2 story buildings have units on the ground floor and on the second floor. Once inside, every pr ..read more

Tucked Away in the Middle of Town
Eden Roc Gardens is a midcentury modern condo complex tucked away just east of Reid Park behind the DoubleTree Hotel. Unless you’re looking for it, you’d probably never know it was there. And that was by design. Privacy was very important to the original developer, Burt M. Olden.
Classic 1960s design (by Swaim and Cook architecture firm) with split face concrete block construction combined with glass block.
