In the near future, I need to supply tablets for two organisations. One for a primary school - 30 shared tablets. The other would be for a business, where we are currently reviewing if we need tablets and what we would use them for as we will have laptops. Have a unique question: I have a Dell Inspiron Duo I bought new, still works good, but its not very useful anymore.  However the JBL dock still has great sound.  Does anyone know of a good way to repurpose these.  The dock has a unique connector for the back of the Duo.  Have looked around and figured someone had come up with a way to repurpose the dock but have not found one.  If it had the same functionality of a Echo it might be worthwhile.  Any thoughts other than throwing it in the trash?  Thanks.    ..read more

I am looking to obtain legitimate training and certification for aac devices, without being an SLP  or special ed teacher. I specifically set up 1 to 1 devices for  students K-12 who use many different applications on their device to communicate. Our business uses about 60 tablets assigned to users. Each user has a unique Gmail business account. If a user leaves the company I get their tablet back and am expected to ready it for the next user. If they change their log in password I can easily get past that with a factory reset. However I am blocked by the Google FRP if I cannot access their Google account due to passwords unknown to me. What is the best practice to avoid this. Good day we have 30 tablets that only need to access one website for teaching. I have already setup a Wi-Fi SSID that they can connect to and all filtering is done on the Wi-Fi firewall so that is sorted. I work for a company that refurbishes laptops, PC, servers, etc. We have run into an issue with Microsoft Surface Pro 8. The software we run to analyse the systems requires a current date in the system. We have some machines where the date has been reset to an earlier date. I have done numerous searches but am not finding a workable solution. It doesn't appear that there is a bios to update any longer and the UEFI screen doesn't offer a way to change the date, We do not have usernames or passwords for these laptops. Thanks in advance.
