Compared to adults, teaching kids the sport of boxing is a little bit more of a challenge. The reason is that kids between the ages of 4 to 11 are at the stage where they are discovering how their body works for movement purposes.
Every child is different when it comes to learning boxing. Like adults, some learn fast or slow. The only difference is it is more of a challenge when teaching them.

In Muay Thai, the dominant hand is one of your best assets because it is your power hand. But once you injure it, it can get frustrating. However, when training in Muay Thai, you have other tools that are as strong of an asset as your power hand.
Injuring a muscle part of your dominant side doesn’t mean you can not train. In a situation like this, there are other things you can practice. There is a reason why Muay Thai is called the art of eight limbs. So if one limb is out, you can practice the other 7.

In Boxing, the dominant hand is one of your best assets because it is your power hand. But when you injure it, it gets frustrating. An injured dominant hand is no joke & should be taken care of to properly heal!
Most people who train in Boxing love throwing their power hand because of the strong connection when landing on a bag, punch pads, or even on your opponent during competition.

In reality, people have different perspectives & senses on how they see people when out at a nightclub. Most who first go out to them in their early twenties will find it fun for a little while.
But once they reach their mid or late twenties, some will begin to get bored of it because it’s the same experience over & over. Not every young adult gets bored of it.

Do you know one of the worst things to experience when training at a martial arts gym? The whiff & the stench of either your own or someone else’s stinky martial arts equipment during your gym session. The smell can get bothersome, especially during sparring sessions.
Most people can ignore the smell of others’ boxing gloves, Muay Thai shin guards, boxing shoes, headgear, MMA gloves & hand wraps.
