A unique partnership launched a Learjet 36A (N41GJ) on a fundraising circumnavigation of the globe on April 3, 2024. Global Jet Care, a Florida air ambulance provider, supplied the aircraft for the "Century Mission," supporting the Classic Lear Jet Foundation. This mission also celebrates the 1924 centennial of the first aerial circumnavigation. Private sponsors back the record-attempting 60-hour flight. Another crew member from Pakistan International Airlines has reportedly vanished upon arrival in Canada.
