Here's one I had on the bench the other day. An odd Accutron that looks just like a Citizen Hisonic cal 3702. I suppose we could call it a Bulcit? It has a hooded lug case the same as the Citizens do, same dial style and hands as often seen on Hisonics. Even the big facetted glass crystal too. Yet the dial is marked Bulova Accutron, and the case stamped Bulova. It even has a Citizen-like 8 digit serial number, but does have a 4 digit Accutron case number (9543). The movement is a 2182G...

This is what the back of the watch looks like "Stainless Steel 3ATM WATER RESISTANT". The inside of this watch has the name "Lacher" which I understand is a German watch manufacturer who also goes by the name Laco. I have actually found one Lacher watch which has a very similar looking dial as seen below ..read more

I have an Accutron 214 Spaceview from 1969. From all/little research I've done, says the measurement between the lugs is 18mm. I measure 17mm on mine. Not sure why there's a difference. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Ed ..read more

Hi, I have this vintage Raymond Weil from around the 50`s I think. I Removed the case so I could clean the inside of the crystal. I was careful to support the crystal when applying pressure from inside, but clearly not enough. The crystal popped out. It is not completely flat and has a ridge on all 4 sides. It takes pressure to push it back in the case but once fixed I am not confident that it will stay in place. I am thinking of using glue but all I have at present is super glue.
