Today’s market update really features one specific word, stability. It’s coming to the market. We’re finally seeing properties enter into the marketplace, and we’re really excited about it. As we look back over the past 30 to 60 days, we see more and more home sellers put their homes to the market. This month, we have some exciting news as the market is starting to stabilize. We’re seeing more homes come back onto the market now, and that’s very much due to people being excited to get their houses moved during the Spring and Summer months, which is typical and cyclical for our real estate market. Sales prices have continued to surge over the last 30 days and since our last update where we saw median sale prices of around $285,000 were up again and sale prices have gone further north all the way up to $295,000. Our days on market used to be somewhere around a month and a half in order for buyers in the market to put a property under contract for a seller. Now, they are even lower than 30 days at this point.
