Summer is right around the corner. I am excited not only for the warmer weather but also because we are getting closer to our Adaptive Summer Camp sessions at Franciscan Children’s. Camp at the hospital is a special time for kids and staff alike. It means singing, laughing, bonding, pushing, running, and most importantly leaving with a smile on our faces.

Making sure that individuals have access to mental healthcare can improve lives and communities. The Coordinated Autism Service Line (CASL) at Franciscan Children’s is a program within the Behavioral Health Services Department that aims to identify autism in children as early as possible.
