Tires tend to be the biggest maintenance issue for customers with the XPO Trainer. Why is that?
It has everything to do with keeping the air pressure in the tires. These tires are much like the ones on a ten-speed bike except they're smaller, which means they can't hold as much air. And losing air is super easy to do. About a pound or more can be lost just by snapping on an air gauge. Plus, most people, if they do ..read more

We all have that one friend who HATES physical activity. (Some of us are that friend or used to be that friend.) And who can blame them? Typical forms of exercise can be really boring and really tough, especially when you’re out of shape. But for those of us who can’t sit still, love a good cardio burn, or at least recognize we’re a lot happier and more energetic after one, it can be hard to maintain an active lifestyle around people who can’t or don’t want to participate.

Since the pandemic broke out in March of 2020, many of us have grown accustomed to venturing out of the gym for a stroll a time or two a week — and according to studies, we shouldn’t stop. While strength-training is a must (Don’t forget to use resistance at least twice a week!), scientists believe that walking at a brisk pace may be the only type of aerobic exercise we need. That’s because, aside from popular belief, walking isn’t a “wimpy” excuse for a workout. It actually reaps some startling benefits that just might make you rethink your training schedule:
