Since Rogue is incapable of making a cheap plate loaded lat pulldown attachment for their racks, I decided to rig something up when I saw that Walmart had an attachment for $50 (https://www.walmart.com/ip/725090507). Idk about you guys but I feel like I spend half my GHD time trying to get it adjusted for a given exercise (and I do half a dozen different ones in a given workout)… wife is the same way… maybe after a few months it’ll be natural but it sure isn’t right now.
