Metrolink has hit another milestone with the UK’s largest light-rail network enjoying its busiest month ever in its 32-year history. Following an extensive and thorough tender process, Rutland County Council has awarded their Highways Term Maintenance Contract (HTMC) to the highest scoring bidder, Thomas Bow Ltd.
