According to the arrest warrant filed by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office, Toviano, 19, is accused of filming sexual encounters with a woman without her consent. The woman told detectives that Toviano had recorded them previously and she did not want to be recorded. Toviano admitted to using a hidden camera in an iPad to film the encounters. Four-star wide receiver Derek Meadows out of Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas committed to the Tigers on Saturday.
