My son is turning 4 next week and is currently enrolled in CWELCC-subsidized preschool program in Markham Ontario. Today I received an e-mail from his principal asking to remit the difference in non-subsidized tuition from his birthday till end of April, as well as full tuition for the rest of the school year (i.e. May and June).
