This was my first ever check up at a psychiatrist, although I've been in therapy for more than 2 months now (at a physiotherapist). Among other things she asked me about my eating habits and I told her I've been vegan for about 8 years now, so I asked if she thought it may be affecting my mental health and she said yes and added "that serotonin needs to come from somewhere you know". I know that I'm I'm a biased community here in the first place, but considering that nearly everyone else has an opposing bias for no apparent reason... Hi everyone. I posted here a few months ago about making a dessert for my friend at my wedding, y’all were super helpful, and I’ll be making a cheesecake. Now I need help with mains. (Long story, but caterer isn’t doing them). I have 2 or 3 vegetarians and one vegan. So I figure they can all be vegan for the night.
