Dear VFM Family, Happy Dussehra! Happy Muhurat ahead this month! Nifty is at crossroads, with a clear trajectory yet to evolve.... Getting above 17354 (December close) is vital for Nifty's Muhurat month rally, and a strong base is formed in the zone of 16723-973 (monthly- weekly L3). Half-yearly H3 at 16586 is another very strong support too. No deeper correction to set in, as long as nifty stays above 16586. On the upside, camarilla makes me look at targets of 17800+ (quarterly H3), if only nifty makes a high jump above 17094-17354 (monthly close-December close). Nifty has crossed 17393-522 (quarterly b/o- half-yearly b/o) comfortably in August, and this comes along with profit booking/ shorting as the triggers for the turbulence. There is an old saying: sell in May and go away....but there have been green Mays also. two things worry me: intensifying situation at Ukraine Russia border; 2) impending LIC IPO may suck liquidity.
