As college students begin to wrap up their semesters and hunker down for finals, Pro-Life Generation CEO Kristan Hawkins wrapped up her Spring Campus Speaking Tour. Kristan visited seven campuses during her “No Abortion, No Exceptions” tour. This tour garnered plenty of excitement, from screaming pro-abortion students, loud protests, and (most importantly) more than a few changes of heart along the way.   The theme of this tour intended to educate students about why they should agree with Hawkins on her consistent pro-life position: that pro-life legislation should allow for un ..read more

Students for Life of America (SFLA) returned to the U.S. Supreme Court for the second time this year. First, SCOTUS heard the U.S. Food & Drug Administration v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine case in March, debating the FDA’s 24-year-long approval of dangerous Chemical Abortion Pills. In April, I rallied at SCOTUS for the State of Idaho v. The United States case about EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act, which required hospitals to care for all Emergency Room patients, regardless of their ability to pay.   The debate isn’t centered around whether all patient ..read more

by Marcelina Haas

When I became a part of the pro-life movement, I was motivated by my personal and deep-rooted conviction in the sanctity of human life from the moment of conception until natural death. While my faith certainly informs this belief, science supports this notion resolutely, despite abortion activists claiming to the contrary.   Campus Impact Oppurtunites for Life  Since my first year at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU), I’ve been involved in conservative activism, including work in the pro-life movement. As co-founder of a conservative group on campus, I quickly made connec ..read more

The IVF industry is truly the wild west of fertility treatments, and the most tragic, spine-chilling lawsuit from California regarding the implantation of dead embryos only solidifies this observation.   We’re not just talking about the 80% of tiny babies created during IVF that fail to implant or result in a stillborn child according to the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics. We’re referring to the alarming increase in reported morbid and thoughtless actions that often fly under the radar when children are commoditized through IVF. A few incidents that made it into the light ..read more

It’s a great time for the preborn in Florida, as a lifesaving law took effect early this month.  Last year, Florida Gov. The Heartbeat Abortion Prevention Act, SB 300, protects preborn babies when their heartbeat is detected at six weeks. This also includes delivering millions in funding for Florida’s Pregnancy Care Network to help further the work of life-affirming resource centers.  “There’s good protections in place now for thousands ..read more

This will be the NINTH Students for Life Action (SFLAction) Event Hosted in Response to the “Where’s Waldo” Biden-Harris Abortion Tour   “Biden and Harris’ abortion extremism didn’t win in Florida, and now, ‘Momala’ Harris is coming to pout about it,” said Students for Life of America President Kristan Hawkins. “Florida voters made their voice heard for the voiceless, but Harris won’t even reveal the exact location where she will ‘boldly’ proclaim her support for aborting babies with beating hearts. “What about when a woman cannot afford to have a child?”   “Who is going to help her once the child is born?”   “What about the hospital bills?”   These are questions debated every day on college campuses when it comes to not only the broad issue of abortion but also the capability of women and the strength of the family. These themes are woven into the new movie Unsung Hero, which is based on a true story and firmly built on the idea of family, the power of mothers, and the value of life.   “When David Smallbone’s successful music company collapses, he ..read more
