This week, we chat with Sionna Barton or “Coach Si” - Head Coach, Bermuda Jump Rope Federation. Sionna emphasizes the importance of program development and recruitment for the future of jump rope. She also highlights the need for intentional inclusion and calls on coaches and organizers to create safe spaces for athletes of all races and socio-economic backgrounds.
