Starting a TRT regimen

I'm taking 150mg testosterone enanthate twice weekly and 400iu HCG 2-3x weekly. Will incorporate anti-E drugs if needed later on. I'm on my 2nd week, 4 doses so far. Also on 2 weeks nofap. I noticed a huge spike in my libido for a couple days at the end of the first week, but seems to have tapered off quite a lot despite not fapping or having sex since then. Still overall extremely low libido and intense anhedonia/amotivation. I may try upping the dose to 400-500mg a weekly if I don't... Starting a TRT regimen ..read more

My wife informed me my hair is thinning at crown, and she is indeed right. Very slightly . I have medium length hair. I kind of part it at the back and it shows the thinning worse, it’s only very slight at the mo. If I adopt a different style you can’t tell. I’ve been somewhat upset by this but my wife seems completely uninterested and thinks I’m being a baby about it! I suppose at the end of the day, women don’t value men primarily for their beauty. I won’t fight it with drugs, I’m... A very sad day and a minutes silence please ..read more

Anyone here have issues with water?

I just don’t have a thirst response. Unless I tell myself to drink water, if I let up, after a few days I end up bed bound pretty much, depressed, foggy headed and I have to chug water for a few days to get balance back. The medical community have this arrogant view of “you’re either medically dehydrated or your being a drama queen” kind of thing but I find there is a huge difference between optimal hydration and non medically dehydrated. For a start, I get weak boners when I’m really... Anyone here have issues with water ..read more

Dealing with psoriasis/chronic diseases

I am currently in (I guess one could say) a known college, dealing with psoriasis. What advice do you have with men living with psoriasis or any other chronic disease, at any age of their life? I am faced with the juvenile tendency to choose immediate pleasures over long-term satisfaction and fulfillment, while also having this disorder. I keep it under control as much as I have to. I also would rather focus on studying better in college, but of course, sometimes the tendency to slack or... Dealing with psoriasis/chronic diseases ..read more

Final month before summer goals to be reached... it's time for High Protein Keto

Every tool has a place in the toolbox and the key is to understand why and when to break those tools out. I am not a believer in Keto long-term as an overall dietary plan. I've made that very clear. However, Keto is pretty fantastic at stripping off fat quickly, which is perfect once you have leaned down and need to dial it in to the last few pounds of fat to lose for summer. As such, I am starting a one month keto plan with daily net carbs at 50 or less to reach my summer goals by mid... At gym this morning. Waited for a dude to come off the row machine. me = 40s 6’3 Natty, don’t look buff and arms and shoulders don’t pop out. Wearing crappy old shorts and top. him = early 30s 5’9 all the gear, sleeveless top, spikey hair, tatted up, arms and shoulders look markedly muscular. His row was 1 notch up than mine, like 7KG more . I could prob manage that but want to build up slowly and not get injured. Now you might say roids and probably so, but surely that would mean he... Alterations in the gut microbiome shown as a problem in people with high cholesterol/high blood pressure

Researchers unlock another finding...certain bacteria in the gut are responsible for breaking down cholesterol and in people who have high cholesterol, these bacteria are either far lower in number than people with normal cholesterol or missing altogether. Not surprising honestly. Humans have evolved to literally require gut bacteria to help the body do it's job and function properly. Call it "passing off the grunt work" or whatever you want to call it, but that grunt work is vitally... ADHD and Autism linked to early life gut microbiome imbalances

The research was heading in that direction but interesting to see researchers find a smoking gun per se... If anyone still doubts the importance of maintaining good gut microbiome health, this should pretty much end those doubts. Poor gut microbiome health now has been shown to effect your children due to their initial gut microbes being passed by the mother during birth. Effectively, any disease you can think of can pretty much be traced back to gut microbiome health at some point is... ADHD and Autism linked to early life gut microbiome imbalances ..read more
