PALMDALE — Hundreds of people turned out Saturday morning to celebrate the grand opening of Children’s Bureau of Southern California’s new Family Resource Center in Palmdale. The 27,368 square-foot facility is at the site of the former Mulligan Family Fun Center off Rancho Vista Boulevard (Avenue P) near Lowe’s.
