got this bottle for the fourth of july and hadn’t drank it since that night went to open it and was damn near impossible not to mention it relates a bunch of gas as if it was carbonated. smells like how i remember it and don’t notice any particles in the bottle. why could this be? i did have it in the fridge the whole night and had been sitting at room temperature ever since.

I really dont know anything about liquor so was going to ask for help. I bought this 1903 Mezcal in mexico on a cruise and I just really really love it. Finished it and tried to buy another bottle of Mezcal in Murica based off of recommendations and this is just not it. The 1903 had such a strong clean smoky flavor and I was using it to mix drinks it was just perfect. Could anybody possibly recommend something like it?

We were gifted this by our Brazilian neighbors years ago. They brought it home with them after visiting Brazil, but it appears sold out on every Brazilian site I visited and it was impossible to find any information about it in English. If anyone has any context as to what this is or the history of this drink let me know!

I love sweet liquors like Limoncello, Sambuca, Amaretto and so on. I'm drinking them a lot for their flavor, but because of that I'm consuming too much alcohol. I'd like to reduce my alcohol consumption while still flavoring those aromas.
Is it possilbe to remove some of their alcohol? Or maybe do they sell bottles with low or no alcohol? Anyone has any ideas?
I also wonder whether it'd be possible at all to produce drinks with similar flavors using no or little amounts of alcohol.
