I am currently taking the simulator course from prepcast. I came a cross a quiz question about change management in Agile.
I thought making a change in Agile projects doesn't require a change or update in any of the project management subsidiary plans.
Can someone please explain the difference?

Material used:
1. AR Course for PDU requirement (review questions are simple)
2. Mike Book Read one (finished all tests at each chapter)
- briefling review the summary before Test
- too much detail I sometimes skip to chapter summary
3. Joseph Book: I found the material detail enough but not too much to read

Review all questions and explanation (right or wrong to understand the focus)

You are managing a project to build a house for a private client. A few weeks before the project's planned completion date, the client calls and asks to add an outdoor sauna to the property. You analyze the project schedule and determine that this change would be fairly easy to implement without having an impact on the completion date.
What should you do first?
A. Begin construction since the project completion date is not violated
B. Review the requested change against all project constraints
C. Have the sponsor verify if the change violates construction regulations

Hi
I am very happy to share that I passed my PMP on Dec 26th on the first attempt with AT overall score.
If you have your exam coming up in a few days and feel you are unable to improve your performance please see my tips below.
Background:
On Nov 1st I researched about PMP and saw the exam was changing and my husband urged me to appear for the exam. I thought it would be next to
impossible to dedicate the time and effort because as a new mom my baby is still very dependent on me.
Before this I had never considered PMP and I knew very little about it. I also started out in my career in 2016 ..read more

C. Revise the lessons learned register

I passed the PMP exam on my first attempt and achieved above target in all areas! How did I achieve this? Well, I took an approach similar to preparing a garden. First, I listened and watched the PM PrepCast which prepared a foundation for me to understand and learn (tilling and soil preparation). Next, since I am from the predictive side of project management, I began a thorough review of Agile practices by reading through the Agile Manifesto and Agile Practice Guide a few times. I needed to understand how Agile projects were undertaken and the process of managing an Agile projects. Following ..read more

My preparation (over 5 months roughly):
- Attended 10 days preparation session organized by the company (limited benefit)
- Studied the complete ProcessGroups Practice Guide book (highly recommended!)
- Partly read through the PMBOK 7th edition (only selected chapters, more used as a sort of reference)
- Watched roughly 300mins youtube videos from David McLachlan while riding my bike (highly recommended!)
- Went through _all_ the questions from the PM PrepCast simulator (at some point the simulator told me that it doesn't have any questions for me, so I went through some questions twice) (hig ..read more
