She’s had a life full of adventures but also heartache. She has many reasons for running that all started to honor and support her mother. And she continues to runs as a result of her own health issues that she graciously shares in this episode

We head to Mizzouri to chat with this runner who is still new to the game and absolutely killing it. With only 5 live races under her belt: one 5k, two 10k’s, one half and one marathon, she’s just threw down 3:29:52 marathon time and nabbed a BQ on her first try!
She’s barely scratching the surface of her potential in this sport.
A mother of two and married to her high school sweetheart, life has taken her to Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming and now Missouri ..read more
