The Anxiety Lab explores how the (often confusing) world of mindfulness and Buddhist wisdom can help with anxiety and possibly uncover deeper truths about the mind. Hosted by comedian and neurotic meditator Sagar Bhatt. Also, it's way too early for merch, but we like what we've done here: https://teespring.com/stores/anxiety-lab.
