With back to school just around the corner, packing nutritious, healthy snacks for your child can sometimes become a difficult task for parents. It is very important to pack foods that are tooth friendly and won’t cause cavities.

When caring for you child’s oral health, you may notice new adult teeth growing with a more yellow appearance than the remaining baby teeth. If you have ever wondered what the cause of this is, or if you should be concerned, well, you’ve come to the right place!

SDF was approved in Canada in 2017, however in other countries, like Japan, Australia and China, has been used for many years with great outcomes and success. Understanding more about this minimally-invasive treatment where needles and drilling are not required can be helpful in deciding wheth ..read more

I often get asked by parents with younger children, if their sucking habit is harmful to their teeth. There is no easy way to answer this, as every child is so different. I would like to take this opportunity to explain what happens in the mouth when a child has a sucking habit.
