Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is expanding to New Jersey. The brand, which has over 22 existing locations, is expected to open in Westwood — it would be their only New Jersey location. Craft Taco Co has opened in downtown Westwood. The concept is from Chef Michael Merida, who operates Rockin’ Roots in Hillsdale (Website). Merida spent time earlier in his career at highly regarded establishments like El Bulli in Spain and Le Bernardin in Manhattan.
