She became Deputy Chairperson of Unisa Law Student Association for the year 2016/2017. She is also a former branch secretary of the Tshwane Black Lawyers Association Student Chapter for the year 2017/2018. During her final year of studies she joined Mashabela IP Attorneys as an intern, The first black owned IP firm in South Africa.
