Are you familiar with Lebron James campaign #MoreThanAnAthlete? We have one of our own: #MoreThanATrainer.
But wait, we’re not supposed to say Trainer! Yup, that’s the point. Engage in dialogue, spread awareness, educate why we are SO MUCH MORE than the label attached to our name.
Lebron’s campaign calls the issue for what it is: demeaning, belittling, and restrictive. Which is EXACTLY what the term “Trainer” is to us.
