The NBA draft has come and gone and Knicks fans can take a sigh of relief. Unlike previous draft years, the Knicks actually made the right decision with their lottery pick. What I mean by that is they did not go off the board. They took the guy the fans wanted them to. The Knicks selected Dayton Power Forward, Obi Toppin, with the 8th overall pick. Obviously, Steph Curry is one of the best players in the NBA right now. We knew he was a hell of a shooter coming out of Davidson, but might not have expected he would be the greatest 3-point shooter of all time. Curry is not just a shooter though. He is an excellent playmaker, excellent passer, and one of the toughest guys to guard. In a re-draft, Curry would absolutely go number 1, but we can’t change where he was drafted.
