Bronny James is exploring his next steps by declaring for the 2024 NBA Draft while preserving his NCAA eligibility as he considers entering the transfer portal. This move has sparked debate among analysts and fellow athletes regarding whether it’s the right time for him to leap into professional basketball.
Critics have highlighted Bronny’s uneven performance at USC, suggesting that his draft prospects might be buoyed by his familial ties to LeBron James, a 20-time All-star. Throughout his freshman season, Bronny’s averages—19.4 minutes, 4.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game—were ..read more

The one prospect who is going to garner the most attention during the 2024 NBA pre-draft process is Bronny James. He declared for the draft, while maintaining his college eligibility and entering the transfer portal, as he will be moving on from USC one way or another.
Evaluators are split on whether or not Bronny will actually remain in the 2024 NBA Draft. His freshman season at USC wasn’t great, as the cardiac arrest he went through led to a less-than-ideal start to his collegiate career.
Once he was on the court, the impact Bronny made was minimal. While he is highly regarded for his defen ..read more

One of the most polarizing prospects entering the 2024 NBA Draft is Purdue center, Zach Edey. Edey was dominant in his collegiate career with the Boilermakers, winning National Player of the Year during the 2022-23 campaign, and is in line to repeat that award this past season.
A force on both ends of the court, Edey made his presence felt whenever he was on the floor. This season, he averaged 25.2 points, 12.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.2 blocks in 32 minutes per game.
Against UConn in the National Championship Game, which Purdue lost 75-60, Edey was the only player to get anything going co ..read more

The 2024 NBA Draft could have another big name added to it. Last week, USC guard Bronny James officially declared for the draft, but he is maintaining his flexibility to return to the college ranks should he choose so. However, it won’t be with the Trojans, as James has opted also to enter the transfer portal.
That decision isn’t too surprising given the coaching change that has occurred in Pasadena. Andy Enfield, who was USC’s head coach for 11 seasons, took the job at SMU recently with Eric Musselman being tabbed as his replacement.
It will be interesting to see how the recruitment of James ..read more

Arkansas’ coaching search since Eric Musselman’s departure has become quite the story over the past few days. On Sunday, Kentucky’s John Calipari emerged as the most interesting name to date.
Many insiders initially resisted, but even the most prominent basketball reporters have been amplifying the reporting. Bob Holt of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette was the first to report.
One interesting aspect that Jones did note is the financial point of this possible move. If Calipari were to leave willingly, Arkansas would be able to avoid paying a buyout since his lifetime contract doesn’t have one. K ..read more

Taking home the award would not be surprising as Edey has been truly dominant this season. He is averaging 25 points, 12.2 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.2 blocks in 31.6 minutes per game. The Boilermakers are also finding a ton of success as a team, as they are set to face off against NC State in the Final Four this weekend ..read more
