Brian Wheatley Bio
Brian has been married to his wife Melissa for 20 years and they have 4 children. Ben, who was a 4 sport athlete at North Linn and is now a freshman at Kirkwood studying criminal justice. Meghan, a senior who participated in cross country, basketball, and track in high school. She will attend UNI next year to study kinesiology and continue her cross country and track career. Braden, a freshman and Brennan, a 6th grader. Both of the younger boys are following in the footsteps of their older siblings, involved in various sports and activities.

2023-2024 North Oconee Titans. 2024 State Championships, #1 in AAAA in maxpreps computer ranking, #12 ranked overall in maxpreps in GA.
Currently 30-3 (16-1). 1st Region title in program history. Ras's 6th overall region title as head coach. Region 8-AAAA Champs and regular season champs the last 2 seasons. Jaryt Hunziker had a successful stint as the head coach for Boonville Girl's Basketball Team. Tiek Fields enters his fourth season as Head Women’s Basketball Coach in 2021-2022 after spending four seasons as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at TMU.
The 2015-16 unit won the program’s first-ever conference tournament game, posting a 72-71 victory over St. Andrews University in the opening round of the AAC tournament. The 2016-17 squad recorded the second most wins and second the best record in Truett McConnell’s NAIA era, including a school record eight victories in January 2017.
