Heeyyyy! It's been a while. Was really not feeling like myself and the past year was a ton of highs and lows tbh.  Finally feeling more settled :) After reflecting on a few things, here are my top 3 lessons I've learned when it comes to upgrading my life. Just a couple of epiphanies and lessons I've learned.  1) Being grateful for what you've accomplished so far. Been in a weird funk lately..  In this episode, sharing what's been happening. Not a very organized episode tbh. But just my thoughts on what to do when you're in a funk.  I usually start by taking into account of what's been happening - cleaning up my physical space, mental clutter and just daily habits.  Letting go of things that you're resisting to change and asking yourself big picture questions.  Lastly, I talk about surrender and going with the flow. Hope you find it helpful x ..read more

When it's time to let go
Dear You | Personal Development & Mental Health
by Nabeelah Munshi

Letting go is hard. It's almost like you're diving back in to the unknown etc. I get it.  In this episode, I talked about when do you know it's time to let go of someone and 3 beliefs that help me make peace with it  Trust. As Steve jobs says, dots don’t connect looking forward, they connect looking backwards. Take it as a lesson. Don’t think that this experience was just a waste and this lil tiny scratch on yo ..read more
