Hey All, I'm creating a turret based header to breakout the signals on an 86 pin card slot and I'd like to have each pin labeled on the silkscreen. Before I do this manually, I just thought I'd check in with the community and see if there was already an option in KiCAD to do this automatically. I'm doing a board that will be reused with minor modifications (call them options). Is KiCad can manage 2 or more BOM for a single design? Altium as a selecting tool to choose within the schematic editor. One frequent case is to populate some parts only if the buyer pays more for the wanted feature. Hi all, I'm attempting to import a variety of symbols into KiCad using the Symbols Editor. I created a library folder to place the new symbols in. When I attempt to import them by navigating to File > Import > Symbol and selecting the appropriate .lbr file, the editor only imports the first symbol in the file. The issue is that the .lbr file contains multiple symbols, and I can't figure out how to import any except the first. Any suggestions as to what I'm messing up on? Hey everyone! I saw beautiful keyboard, and in my opinion ground plane looks pretty cool with this kind of pattern. I have try to get same result in my design (still empty design but already with cool gnd plane haha), and I accidentally imagined how cool it would be to have a more intresting pattern in keyboard design (or maybe another "stylish hipster" PCB design), so like patterns from kimono or whatever....
