Creating your goals using the smart method. Yes, my goals time tonight. So when we're talking, figuring out my schedule, how often and when I want to broadcast, need to get back. And Dr. Tam, and you can just commit to one day a week, just doing a show one day a week. So I do a show one day a week called mentor Monday. And all I do on at one day.
