Let's be honest, no one told us having children was going to be difficult. We grew up fearing pregnancy, accepting terrible periods and had no clue what a fibroid was. Now that we're older, we find out heavy periods we're normal and we need surgery. Fibroids lead to more problems than we ever could imagine, and having healthy babies could either take a while or never happen...

Women seem to have to face the stresses of having a baby from the time we are young. When you face a fertility journey, it doesn't make it any better when your family and friends are asking when you are going to have a baby. Even if you are not trying to conceive, family pressures on having a baby can add stress to your life. People need to learn how to mind their own wombs. Enough is enough.
