BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Farajii Muhammad and callers weigh in on a new report that states Black drivers in Baltimore County are being pulled over, cited and arrested at higher rates than other ethnicities. The report, recently released by the Baltimore Sun , cites data from the county’s traffic stop dashboard. The report states, Black people represent 30% of Baltimore County’s population but were involved in 58% of all traffic stops in 2020.
