Does anyone else just poop by pushing it out using your abs? Like squeezing your abs or whatever. My mentor who has a T12 incomplete uses his abs to use the bathroom for both bowel and bladder and tells me he gets roughly the same amount out as he used to before his injury. I'm an L5-S1 recovering paraplegic diagnosed with arachnoiditis and cauda equina. I don't know which of these things, if not multiple of them, are causing the pain I'm about to mention but I'm curious if anyone else experiences anything similar.
