Does anyone know what could be wrong? First time I’ve noticed it. This fish is normally really active and this is very unlike it. Possible swimbladder?

should i be worried? there was this one red blood parrot staying still on top of the corner and after a water change, it became active again but now this other one inside the cave is hiding and not swimming so much.

Help!! Injured Mbuna
So 2 days ago I was out shopping and stopped at a pet store and saw this little guy getting bullied by its tank mates, I felt really bad so I decided to take him home to give him a chance. I put him in a 10g that I wasn’t using but I’m not sure what I should be doing.
He’s fins are extremely frayed, especially his tail which is red at the base, I’m not sure if there’s something I could be doing to help heal it. His stomach is also a little sunken in.
