This week we took a visit to the Australian award winning Lebanese restaurant Al Aseel (metaphorically speaking that is). With 22 years under their belt it comes as no surprise that the restaurant has venues in 6 different locations.  Making our way to the Alexandria venue, we were certainly not prepared for what lay in store. The menu is filled with an overwhelming amount of tasty Lebanese dishes and the square footage of the venue would fill any covid marshals social distancing dreams. This week we headed to Zetland to visit one of the many, much loved Kickin'Inn restaurants. The story of Kickin'Inn starts back in 2017 in Dubai when two friends Sami, a fast-food chain owner, and Ravi, a management consultant, came up with a plan to spread fresh, high-quality seafood at affordable prices throughout Australia. Self-described as a rocking neighborhood taberna, first-time restaurant owner Jose Alkon and his team are serving up traditional South American cuisine as we have never seen.
