THE most GOOEY Chocolate Cake Balls i’ve ever had!! Gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, too!! I went to a dinner last week and these cake balls were served and I truly can’t remember the last time I have tasted something so delicious. These need to be packaged and sold and made into an empire. I was so obsessed I begged for the recipe and made them the day I got home!! I modified a few things to make them a bit more up my alley and I was sooo happy that my replica turned out just as incredible. HERE’S THE SECRET. you make an inside out cake (make a cake and put the frosting INSIDE) and tha ..read more

I tried the VIRAL Baked Sushi Trend!! WOW. These baked salmon avocado sushi cups are 100/10- Ben and I had them for lunch AND dinner. Here’s the best part- they’re easy to make! Simply boil your sushi rice, place on top of seaweed paper, top with dressed salmon and bake! These are officially added to the dinner rotation in our home.
Pro Tips:
– Buy a larger salmon filet and cut into small cubes.
– I used a pre-made creamy sesame dressing- you can truly use whatever sauce you want! I want to do it next with my honey dijon, or try and make my own sesame dressing from scratch.
– You can cut sush ..read more

Our personal go-to is with zucchini, turkey bacon, and hash browns.

My daily at-home salad!!! I’ve been on a huge Cobb salad kick for the last year, but I prefer my BAE Salad wayyy more!! It’s FILLED with protein and healthy fats, low carb, and gives me energy for the rest of the day! It’s also way more affordable than any salad you’ll order out of the house. Bacon Avocado Egg salad for the win. Top with balsamic, salt, and pepper.
